I've collected and created so many short stories, I want to share them with the world. Most of my stories have a base of truth. Some of the names have been changed and a little creative license has been taken in their retelling. Some are complete works of fiction. Try and guess between them. I'm sure they'll surprise you.

Ode to Stephenie Meyer
Sorry the last blog was so delayed. I was overwhelmingly lost in a few Stephenie Meyer books and didn't want her fantastic stories to become mine re written, as happens subconsciously when i'm so absorbed by a good story. She is fantastic, I am so jealous of the complexity of her writing; the way all her Ideas and characters are so fully formed, even the smallest has a life outside the story. I do wish she wouldn't favor the word "Chargin" as much as she does. It's such an irritating word with such a broad definition, and annoying to find it appear at least once in every chapter of her books. (Not that i can say much, I favor "beautiful" a little to often and it is so utterly nondescript) That's my only annoyance though. Her writing is unbelievably good and completely absorbing. To see the inner workings of her mind....Thank you Stephenie.

ReplyDelete'Twilight' is literary candy.
ReplyDeleteYes Twilight is fantastic, i've never been one for main stream literature. But it is so well written.
